Biography
- Steve has over 18 years experience in Real Estate Sales
- Steve has received numerous awards for his excellence in Real Estate and presently holds the prestigious honor of President’s Club, Executive Club, and Re/Max 100% club.
- Steve holds the designation of Realtor and is currently a member of the London and St. Thomas Real Estate Board, Ontario Real Estate Association and the Canadian Real Estate Association.
- Steve was presented with the London & St. Thomas Real Estate Board 2005 Community Service Award for his volunteer efforts with Habitat for Humanity London.
- Steve has been recognized for his volunteer efforts with Habitat for Humanity London in an article published in The Londoner.
- Steve has volunteered with Habitat for several years and is involved in site selection process and the build committee and also on the habitat build site providing supervision and training to the many volunteers while building numerous new homes. Most recently Steve was involved in the Habitat Playhouse project as a co-team leader.
- Steve has developed an in depth Home Buyer Seminar which he hosted and developed a home buyers manual for Seminar attendees.
- Steve has been actively involved in technology and specifically real estate technology. He has been an active instructor of computer technology for over 4 years with the London & St. Thomas Real Estate Board.
- Steve also teaches across the province of Ontario for the Ontario Real Estate Association in co-operation with the many real estate boards that belong to OREA. Steve is sought out to mentor and teach the many real estate related software products now available to Realtors across Ontario & Canada. His focus is on the use of the internet.
- Steve has also volunteered with the London & St. Thomas Real Estate board as a member of the Orientation Committee, Filogix (mls) Interboard Taskforce, and is currently an instructor with the board.
- Steve holds a valid Transport Canada, Pilots license for Hot Air Balloons and Flight Instructor rating.
- Steve also supports the London Human Society & Habitat for Humanity London
- Steve is also a native Londoner
Steve enjoys the challenges of meeting his client’s needs. His previous experience in sales and management coupled with his experience in mortgage financing and new home construction allow him to provide his clients with the information, sound advice and direction needed to complete a successful worry free real estate transaction. Steve is a strong negotiator working hard to achieve his client’s goals.
